Behind Closed Doors made its debut in the 2014 Toronto Fringe Festival, followed by performances in the 2014 Hamilton Fringe Festival. Reviewers described the songs as the strength of the show, audience members left saying the songs would be stuck in their heads all day and a lot of people asked to make them available for purchase.
With the helps of Hive Studios, that day has come. The Behind Closed Doors soundtrack is now available for purchase and streaming on all major online music retailers and streaming services!
The seven song soundtrack features the following tracks and artists:
1. Can't Seem to Let You Go - Chelsea Granatier
2. Baby You Left Me - Michael Brown
3. Behind Closed Doors - Kristy Souter
4. Beat of the Track - Jordan Brunet
5. Marionette - Chelsea Granatier
6. Recover - Chelsea Granatier
7. Recover (Reprise) - Michael Brown, Jordan Brunet, Adam Bryan, Max Falletta-Ehler, Chelsea Granatier & Kristy Souter
All words and music by Adam Bryan, with additional arrangements by Max Falletta-Ehler.
The release of the soundtrack will be celebrated this Saturday at a listening party and live performance event at The Staircase Cafe Theatre. Performers will include Alyssa Nedich, Adam Bryan and Max Falletta-Ehler. CD copies of the soundtrack will be available for purchase for $10 with 10% of the proceeds going to the Sexual Assault Centre for Hamilton and Area. There will also be prizes given away like a brand new LG K4 pre-loaded with the soundtrack and a pair of Beats headphones to give you the ultimate listening experience!
The event starts at 8 PM with doors opening an hour before at 27 Dundurn St N. Tickets to attend are $10 and all the money will go to support the release and promotion of the Behind Closed Doors soundtrack.
Stay tuned, as special licensing opportunities will be available in the new year so that schools and communities will also have the opportunity to share the story of Behind Closed Doors.
