Adam Bryan graduated from Mohawk College's Broadcast Radio program in 2014 with honours and was the recipient of the FAN590 Scholarship Award for graduating with the highest overall average in his program.  Throughout the program, he learned skills from industry professionals in sound editing and production, public relations, and how to start your own entertainment business.  Many skills that he brings to the Red Pants Productions roster.  Prior to attending Mohawk College, Bryan attended Sheridan College for their Performing Arts Preparation program, learning many skill sets as an introduction to theatre production.

In July 2014, Bryan wrote and directed an original musical entitled "Behind Closed Doors" which took part in the Hamilton and Toronto Fringe Festivals.  That was when he met Darren Stewart-Jones, whose show "Sherlock and Watson: Behind Closed Doors" took part in the same festival.  Bryan then started working with Stewart-Jones production company BabyGumm Productions on shows like Nonnie Griffin's critically acclaimed Marilyn-After, which he was invited to run tech for in New York City as part of the United Solo festival, but due to other financial obligations was unable to attend.  Bryan also worked tech on the HamilTEN festival, running tech for the 4th and 5th Annual festivals.

In 2015, Bryan attended a course at Bruno's Schools of Hair Design in Hamilton and received a certificate in Facial Makeup Application.  He also earned his SmartServe during the same week, in order to have the ability to work the bar at events that he is running.  Bryan is currently taking part in Hamilton Fringe's ALERT program, working on honing his production skills in hopes of premiering a new show during the 2017 Fringe Festival season.  He also works full time in the telecommunications industry and works as a background actor for Stonewall Talent and Hamilton Talent Agency Inc, and as a brand ambassador with Outlook Promotions.
